Membership involves all different types of traits. We are responsible for knowing the policies all throughout our warehouse. As the chief responsibility is to make our members happy. When a potential member comes to our counter we need to show them how different memberships will meet their needs from our basic Gold Star our Triple play option as well as our outside services. When in membership we also do help out with refunds. This means not only knowing our system including our pos system but also our as400 system.

As an employee at Costco member service is number one. In the membership department I am responsible for signing new members up and upselling them to our executive program as well as our Citi bank credit card. I also float the register lines for members that would be eligible for a prorated amount to upgrade to our executive membership. Cashiering consist of taking care of all the needs of the member including but not excluding making sure all the items are scanned and in a very timely manner as well of the items numbered were there as well. If a member was missing a product I needed to run and get the missing product or if something was open or broken, we need to run and replace the item as well. My ultimate desire is to make our members happy no matter what

As an Outbound Sales Representative I call high value customer and offer different gift products. Helping customers find the perfect gift for their clients and helping with any issues that might come up. I have the freedom to do whatever is necessary to make my clients happy.
04/18-10/18: SoS Alarm
As a service tech I serviced several different alarm systems that included Allegro, Concord, Ultra Sync and others. Trouble shooting all issues with these systems. I also serviced camera systems that were on the systems. Working and thinking on my feet were essential to my job duties and did them to the best of my ability.
07/17-03/18: Crater Lake Ford
Sales As a salesman for Crater Lake Ford I was expected to products Learn not only our products but also the products of other competitors. As a daily responsibility I was to listen to a customer’s needs and wants. I am ford certified. I had to think on my feet and get customers into a vehicle that is right for my customer.

Outbound sales was what I have done with Harry and David I am also trained in internet help line and do customer service. Resolving customers issues and thinking on my feet on how to make the customer experience better is always my mantra here.

At Charter my duties include calling outages, troubleshooting calls over the phone. Also routing outages to system techs as well as line escalations and entering sros for the system techs.I have numbers that I have to meet as well and have met them consistently. My job is to find outages as well while I am calling our customers.
1/2006-2/2014: Cox Communications
I had been a field tech with Cox for 3 years, Installing cable, and modems. I was in dispatch for 6 years, where I did all the trouble shooting for our products, and our techs =that are out in the field. I worked everyday with computers and people. I have been trained in the small business area.
11/2004-1/2005: Bear Creek Co.
While working at Bear Creek, by duties included but were not limited to, grounds clean up, breaking down boxes, and driving around making sure that the property was in good condition.
1/2004-11/2004: U.S. Cellular Customer Service
Working in a call center my duties included, helping people with their cell phone service, answering questions, up selling, and handling customer complaints or any other issues they might have. During the holiday season, I worked in E-commerce and the call center taking orders and solving customer disputes.
Personal Information: I have a very positive attitude, a team player that always strives to make sure expectations are met. I enjoy sports of all varieties. I am a returned Missionary for Church of Jesus Christ of Latter - day Saints. I am also an Eagle Scout who enjoys outdoor activities.
