- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to define, prioritize, and execute the product roadmap.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to inform product decisions.
- Develop and maintain a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements, creating detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Monitor key performance metrics and usage data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the product's performance.
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Act as the product evangelist, communicating the value proposition and benefits of our solutions to both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in subscription management and cloud business applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, preferably in a SAAS company, with a track record of successfully launching and iterating on products.
- Strong understanding of subscription-based business models and recurring revenue processes.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools.
- Experience in cloud technologies, SaaS, or subscription billing solutions is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft technology and Dynamics CRM is a big plus
