Supply Chain Analyst 2
Location: Beaverton, OR
Pay: $ $42.25 per hour
Contract: Through February 28th, 2025
Schedule: Onsite at HQ Monday to Thursday, Fridays remote
Responsibilities:
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will have the opportunity to directly impact our operations by supporting critical work across various strategic pillars, with a primary focus on 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) Management and Product Integrity Mitigation across APLA's 15 distribution centers (DCs).
In the realm of 3PL Management, you'll be responsible for maintaining and developing real-time databases, producing monthly reports on contractual obligations, facilitating strategic alignment sessions, and conducting annual contract reviews.
Additionally, you'll provide project support for expiring agreements, ensuring timely execution of renewals/extensions in compliance with company investment governance.You'll also serve as a key point of contact for Product Integrity Mitigation, collaborating with Global Footwear & Apparel Product Integrity teams and Geo Marketplace Operations.
This involves coordinating quality inspections, tracking audit results, and driving resolutions on various product quality issues.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent experience in DC Operations or 3rd Party Logistics.
2-3 years of experience in Contract Portfolio Management or similar discipline.
2-3 years of experience in Quality Issue Management or similar discipline.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Demonstrated sense of urgency to drive toward desired outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages based on the audience.
Experience in meeting facilitation involving cross-functional and cross-Territory teams.
Analytical, creative, and innovative problem-solving skills, especially in ambiguous situations.
Ability to work across diverse cultures and occasionally during non-traditional hours.
Advanced skills in Excel, Airtable, and Tableau are preferred.
Desirable but not essential: Prior experience at a Sportwear company and/or understanding of Sportswear distribution centers.
