**Responsibilities**
Monitor and communicate need for security services throughout assigned area(s).
Responsibilities:
+ Manage and respond to calls and/or alarms and initiate immediate response.
+ Coordinate and/or dispatch staff in response to requests for service. Retrieve recorded documentation as required.
+ Monitor the activities of persons on the premises by way of surveillance systems and communications.
+ Initiate communication with team leader/manager when additional staffing support is necessary and assist with resolution of those issues.
+ May be responsible and accountable for hiring, training, supervision and performance appraisals of security shift employees.
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
