    The KASTELLUM Group is seeking highly qualified Training Specialists to support the 1st Information Operations Command at Ft Belvoir, VA


    Training Specialist Responsibilities:
    The Contractor shall conduct Information Operations and Military Deception training.

    Training will include the Army Information Operations Planners' Course (AIOPC), Information Operations Integration Course - Cyberspace Operations (IIC-CO), Information Operations Integration Course - Electronic Warfare (IIC-EW), Information Operations Integration Course - Military Information Support Operations (IIC-MISO), Military Deception Planners' Course (MDPC), International Military Introduction to Information Operations Course (IMIIOC); Information Warfare Seminars; Information Operations Assessment Workshop (IOAW); Situational Training Exercises; and Mission Readiness Exercises.


    Minimum Qualifications:
    Bachelor's Degree
    Minimum of 8 years' experience Possess an active TS/SCI clearance

    Work Location:
    Ft Belvoir, Virginia with some travel required Duties:
    Conduct training to Army standards as reflected in Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Regulation 350-70, applicable TRADOC PAMs and any other policy or regulation set forth by leadership, higher headquarters or DA


    The Contractor shall:
    Conduct resident (at Ft. Belvoir, VA) training, with or without a government team lead, to include all facets of planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of training iterations.

    Conduct Mobile Training Teams training, both CONUS and OCONUS, with or without a government team lead, to include all facets of planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of training iterations.

    In coordination with course managers, SMEs, and curriculum developers, the Contractor shall develop and refine courseware IAW TRADOC regulatory standards.

    Review, revise, and create training products in Training Development Capability (TDC) system as assigned.
    Develop/maintain lesson plans/presentations as assigned.
    Provide support as Observer Controller/Trainer's and/or information related capability role players for Mission Readiness Exercises.
    Carry and transport mission-related equipment to and from mobile training team sites weighing up to 70 pounds.
    Review emerging policy and doctrine publications, provide feedback, and assess for incorporation into curriculum.

    The Contractor shall provide Training Management support including the planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of training and training systems provided by Training and Analysis Branch.

    Special emphasis is on the administration of the Faculty and Staff Development Program (FSDP).

    The Contractor shall meet all requirements of Army/Department of Defense guidelines and directives including but not limited to TRADOC Regulations 350-70, and , TRADOC Pamphlets and , and any other policy or regulation set forth by leadership, higher headquarters or Department of the Army (DA).


    Contractor support shall include the following tasks:

    Assist a government lead in the development, delivery, maintenance, and record keeping of the Common Faculty Development Program - Instructor Course (CFDP-IC) and the Common Faculty Development Program - Developer Course (CFDP-DC) and stand in for the Government lead when not available.

    This includes an in-house course and coordination with outside organizations for 1st Information Operations Command instructors to attend this training at their facilities.

    Develop, manage, and administer the Faculty Development and Recognition Program (FDRP) for S3 Training and Analysis Branch Instructors.
    Support the planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of training and training systems. This includes but is all aspects of maintaining standards IAW TRADOC Army Enterprise Accreditation Standards (AEAS).

    Assist Government lead in Quality Assurance Element (QAE) duties as required and in alignment with performance of FSDP functions.

    Review, revise, and create training products in Training Development Capability (TDC) system as assigned and conduct system management and quality control of products in the system.

    The Contractor shall develop and manage courses/seminars/STX/workshops in close coordination with the instructional systems specialist . The Contractor shall develop training products and conduct training to Army standards as reflected in Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Regulation 350-70, applicable TRADOC PAMs, and any other policy or regulation set forth by leadership, higher headquarters, or DA


    The Contractor shall:
    Manage the course/seminar/STX/workshop IAW command guidance and applicable TRADOC requirements.

    Conduct quarterly post instruction conferences and annual course design reviews, maintain required records, and complete required reports as necessary.

    Ensure courseware is developed and refined IAW the Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation (ADDIE) methodology; is built and presented in compliance with the Experiential Learning Model (ELM); and is properly inputted and maintained in the Training Development Capability (TDC) software program.

    Produce the course schedule and manage the flow to maximize students' benefit.
    Serve as the primary POC for students on matters relating to course content and conduct during resident courses.
    Conduct quality assurance in accordance with the Army Enterprise Accreditation Standard.
    Review, revise, and create training products in Training Development Capability (TDC) system as assigned.
    The Contractor shall provide support to a Government lead in process management. This includes providing critical review of doctrine, policy, directives, concept plans, and agreements.

    Contractor support shall include the following tasks:
    Conduct the review process for tasks to S3 Training through the Task Management System.
    Track and consolidate review inputs tasked by the S3
    Coordinate for input/closeouts from tasked elements IAW task suspense.
    Manage adjudication of overlapping, conflicting, or incorrect Consolidated Response Matrices (CRM) inputs.
    Prepare CRMs for submission by the Command.
    Provide subject matter expertise (SME) for individual reviews as applicable to the SME of assigned Contractor personnel. The Contractor shall provide training management for Training and Analysis Branch courses.

    Contractor support shall include the following tasks:
    Develop and maintain training records and tracking systems as required and/or designated by the Government.

    Manage student roster finalization at the start of each class, facilitating the adjudication of no-shows and standbys for seats in the class IAW with Government guidance.

    Manage the 024 school code Army Training Requirements Reporting System (ATRRS) account to include course entry, student entry and status changes, course and school data, etc.

    Develop and manage an Access database to consolidate data and produce required reports on all student/course training information relevant to the courses/seminars/STXs/workshops provided by the S3 Training and Analysis Branch.

    Draft, send, and track responses to welcome letters for all courses/seminars and track responses.

    Vet student clearances as required with the Special Security Office (SSO) to ensure arriving students are properly cleared to participate fully in the course(s) enrolled.

    Assist students with visit request information and checking status with the SSO to minimize "red badge" attendees.
