In the role of an exercise planner, you will aid our client in managing and backing Field Support Team mission readiness exercises. Utilizing your comprehensive grasp of military exercise planning and training doctrines, you will offer assistance across all stages of each collective training occasion. You will strategize, get ready, and execute exercise training and certification functions. This is an opportunity to enhance your expertise and diversify your skill set into domains like training development, military planning, Information Operations (IO), and Information Related Capabilities (IRCs), encompassing Psychological Operations (PSYOP), Military Information Support Operations (MISO), Combat Camera (COMCAM), Civil Affairs (CA), Public Affairs (PA), Electronic Warfare (EW), Cyber Electro-Magnetic Activities (CEMA), or Special Technical Operations (STO). You Have:

Experience in training or military exercises
TS/SCI clearance
High school diploma or GED and 7+ years of experience with IO or an IRC, such as PSYOP, MISO, COMCAM, CA, PA, EW, CEMA, or STO, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience with IO or an IRC, such as PSYOP, MISO, COMCAM, CA, PA, EW, CEMA, or STO
Completion of formal IO or IRC training, such as PSYOP, MISO, COMCAM, CA, PA, EW, CEMA, or STO Nice If

You Have:

Experience as an Army collective training instructor, evaluator, observer, controller, scripter, or role player
Experience developing and implementing long-, mid-, and short-range planning, mission analysis, and execution of the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required
