- Direct and lead files, provide initial analysis, develop case strategy, conduct discovery, take depositions, draft motions, attend hearings and negotiate settlements
- Associates will also be able to assist with and lead trials.
- Candidates should have at least one (1) year of civil litigation experience with defense experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of family law and related legal procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who is highly motivated to perform excellent work
- Candidates must be current members of the South Carolina Bar in good standing or be in the process of being sworn in imminently
