Responsibilities:
Associate attorney will meet with potential new clients to establish a positive and strong working relationship, while providing best-in-class legal, advocacy, and advisory services.
Candidate will create and implement strategic, operational and tactical initiatives that support key business objectives, therefore, this role requires an attorney with strong analytical, organizational and prioritization skills.
Additionally, candidates must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on attention to detail.Associate Attorney will approve/draft pleadings, proactively review, analyze and interpret data and attend hearings in the bankruptcy court in Columbia, SC.
Occasional travel to our other offices in Charleston and Myrtle Beach may be required.Hiring Criteria:
