    Description
    Position Summary:
    This role plays a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, establishing the first positive contact with them. As a valuable member of the team, you would be responsible for handling appointment bookings, addressing billing inquiries, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.
    • Address billing inquiries, schedule services, and resolve concerns
    • Support technicians with customer accounts
    • Initiate outgoing calls for billing and appointment arrangements
    • Manage emails promptly and provide responses
    • Handle call de-escalation and proper redirection
    • Collaborate closely with different departments
    • Educate customers on service plans and general information
    • Work alongside colleagues and managers
    • Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and enthusiasm
    • Assist customers with a positive and supportive attitude
    • Handle customer inquiries efficiently
    • Communicate effectively with team members
    • Find solutions to customer issues
    • Utilize various technologies, including Microsoft Teams and Outlook
    • Perform other assigned tasks
    Qualifications and Requirements:
    • At least one year of office/administrative experience
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    Key Skills:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Effective time management skills
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    Preferred Experience:
    • Previous experience in a call center
    Physical Demands:
    • Long periods of desk work
