Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Supports the daily coordination of plant operations.
Delegates plant assignments and job schedules.
Coordinates the loading and unloading of trucks.
Partner with other departments to coordinate plant/warehouse activities.
Incorporates and maintains safety observances, ensuring guards and safety features are working, and promoting good daily safety practices and habits.
Maintains essential paperwork and records.
Generates departmental reporting as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

Typically possesses a high school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 or more years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills

Basic computer skills.
Ability to solve problems.
Good interpersonal skills.
Detail oriented.
Organization skills.
