At the earliest possible date, on behalf of my client company, a successful integration aid, I am looking for several educational staff (m/f/d) for 1:1 support in schools and daycares.


Responsibilities:

  • Accompanying and supporting a child with special needs (possible intellectual and/or physical impairment, learning disability, developmental delay, etc.) in their daily school or daycare routine
  • Providing structural support for learning and understanding (pre)school material
  • Supervising breaks and possibly afterschool care
  • Conducting feedback conversations with parents, teachers, educators, and authorities

Qualifications:

  • Background in social pedagogy or caregiving, ideally with a completed education in the social sector (relevant professions (m/f/d) include: social assistants, childcare workers, educators, special needs educators, social workers, occupational therapists, school companions, teachers, personal assistants, etc.)
  • Experience with children with special needs is desirable
  • Availability in the mornings
  • Empathy and sensitivity
