- Plan and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel for executives.
- Preparing and maintaining meeting rooms onsite and off for executive meetings.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
- Maintains files, travel preference and personal information on executives for concierge level service related to travel and general assistance.
- Maintains executive's confidentiality and protects their time, schedule, and travel.
- Completes projects in the order of importance on time.
- Secures information by completing database and paper backups.
- Provides historical reference by developing and using filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Maintain executives' offices and their supplies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- On call during executive travel to assist as needed.

- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required, or equivalent experience.
- Five to ten years of executive assistant experience required.
