    Description

    We are hiring an inside sales representative in the Port St. Lucie area. The inside sales representative will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and maintaining customer relationships. The inside sales representative will have excellent communication skills as well as sales skills. The inside sales representative will work closely with the outside sales team and other internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities. The ideal inside sales representative will have a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

    Responsibilities:
    Works with customers to offer solutions to address their needs and improve customer service.
    Increases profitable sales by actively seeking orders from current and potential customers
    Resolves customer questions related to orders, deliveries, and others.
    Researches, and responds to customers? inquiries, via telephone or email.
    Provides quotations, product specifications, and similar data, as required.
    Has intimate knowledge of product lines, prices, lead times, and similar data.
    Secures opportunities to quote on customers? requirements and follows up on quotations submitted
    Works in a team environment with outside sales and counter sales personnel.
    Monitors sales results and offers recommendations to increase productivity.
    Demonstrates effective presentation skills to influence and communicate with customers.
    Maintains working knowledge of key products, sales policies, and practices, approvals, and promotional activities.

    Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

    Skills:
    Some college preferred
    Experience using Epicor Eclipse a plus
    Knowledge of plumbing, PVF and/or utility markets a plus

    Education:
    High School

    Experience:
    1-4 years

    Qualifications:
    2+ years of inside sales experience
    Self-motivated, energetic, goal-oriented with a sense of urgency
    Excellent interpersonal sales skills and communication skills
    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions and percentages
    Organized with paper based and electronic information
