PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define customers' needs and sell the right products and services.
Develop key client relationships.
Negotiating and closing sales leads.
Create accurate and complete sales proposals.
Become an expert in the local market area.
Help set aggressive sales goals for growth and expansion.

_Requirements_

Financial awareness determines if a job is profitable and what operational activities affect positive or negative results.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM experience.
Highly organized with exceptional followthrough abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication.
Demonstrate good presentation and public speaking skills.
Local code familiarization
Must have an Outgoing personality that works in a fastpaced, goaldriven environment.
Motivated, selfstarter who's flexible and has a great attitude.
