Mid-Level Complex Litigation Law Associate Position in Denver, CO

Job requires five days a week on-site in Denver, CO

Compensation and Benefits:

A competitive salary commensurate with experience, within the range of $260,000 to $365,000.
Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401K.

Key Qualifications:

Demonstrated excellence in legal analysis and writing.
Outstanding academic credentials and professional references.
Must be currently licensed to practice law in Massachusetts or be eligible for licensure.
Strongly preferred experience includes performing at trial, arguing before courts or arbitrators, and taking/defending depositions.

A premier law firm with an office in Denver is actively seeking a Mid-Level Litigation Associate to become a part of our Complex Litigation Practice sector. This firm, with a storied history of success in complex, high-stakes litigation, is renowned for its work across the full spectrum of commercial disputes. Our litigators form a cohesive, multi-disciplinary team, contributing to precedent-setting cases that often shape the legal landscape.

Position Overview:
The successful candidate will join a vibrant team dedicated to tackling some of the most challenging and significant litigation matters in the industry. Our practice has earned the trust of over half of the Fortune 250 companies, and we are equally committed to significant pro bono work, with our attorneys contributing approximately 100,000 pro bono hours annually.

Responsibilities:

Engage in a broad range of complex litigation matters, offering the opportunity to work on high-profile cases.
Collaborate across offices with a team of highly skilled attorneys.
Participate in trial proceedings, arguments before courts or arbitrators, and deposition processes (preferred but not required).
