- Structure and build complex insurance programs for newly transferred Vouch clients
- Work with Team Lead to drive new business performance by conducting risk reviews and audit prospective clients insurance programs
- Effectively communicate with the comprehensive Enterprise Scale Team including Team Lead, Account Managers, Underwriters, and Brokers
- Develop enterprise technology industry expertise, a deep understanding of enterprise tech operational infrastructure, and the intrinsics risk associated with enterprise tech companies
- Manage high value client relationships both in a virtual and in-person settings
- Deliver consistent and timely responses, follow-through, and follow-up in response to "graduated" and prospective client requests
- Ensure clients are comfortable with and able to utilize the tools/services available through Vouch platform
- Directly cultivate and manage relationships with the most important founders, investors, operators, and partners in the enterprise technology ecosystem
- Continuing education and a focus on learning and development in the Cyber, Technology Errors & Ommissions, and Director & Officers insurance verticals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of sales or client management experience within the Commercial Insurance space
- Knowledge of Commercial P&C coverage lines (Professional and Speciality lines)
- Excited by the challenge of solving hard and ambiguous problems in complex situations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, positive and detail-oriented with excellent follow-through skills
- Passionate about contributing to a high-growth sales organization and team
- Exposure to and passion for early-stage startups and/or high growth environments
- Active/Current Property and Casualty License
- Insurance designations: CPCU, RPLU, AINS, CPLP, AAI, MLIS, or PRC
- Cyber or Technology Errors & Omissions knowledge
- Directors & Officers insurance knowledge

What does a work environment look like at Vouch?
Vouch has a 3-HQ model: Office-Based, Office-Linked, and Remote-First. This role is Office Linked, which means that team members must live within a 2-3 hour commute from one of our main offices (SF or Chicago) or NYC and be able to easily come into the office on an as-needed basis. We expect team members will be in the office on average 3-4 days per month. However, due to Covid, we are promoting flexibility with this structure and currently encourage folks to stay home if they feel more comfortable.
Role Responsibilities:
As the first Scale Insurance Advisor hire for Vouch's Scale Team you'll be responsible for building scalable risk management solutions at critical growth stages of Vouch's current and prospective clients. In this role, you will develop a deep knowledge of enterprise technology companies, act in an advisory capacity to help mitigate the company's risk, and structure insurance programs that transfer business risk into insurance contracts.
This role will directly support the Enterprise Team Lead in transitioning clients from Vouch's Early Stage Team to Vouch's Scale Team. The Enterprise Scale IA will also assist the Team Lead in the acquisition of prospective new clients. As the individual develops, they will be asked to take on responsibilities to help drive prospective client lead flow through our key distribution partners, as well as building Vouch's brand in the enterprise technology ecosystem.
Each of these activities contributes to the Enterprise Team's goal of building a $100M book of business in 3 years.
