    Associate Creative Director

    Dayton, OH (Hybrid)

    THE ROLE

    As a Design Lead, you will be a multidisciplinary designer and create experiences that are translated from strategy which could include foundational brand design (identity, rebranding, guidelines) into video, web digital, and print collateral. You will be defining the end-to-end experiences for clients in the automotive and CPG space, and working with strategists to create innovative designs.

    YOUR BACKGROUND

    • 5-7 years of experience in traditional brand design, digital design, visual communications, or related
    • Consulting/agency experience is a plus
    • 2-3 years experience managing/leading creative teams
    • Ability to come into Dayton-based office (Flexible if based in Columbus or Cincinnati)
