On behalf of a senior facility in Grand Forks, ND, we are looking for a Director (m/f/d) of social care to start as soon as possible.


Your responsibilities:


  • Management of the social care department
  • Professional guidance of employees
  • Participation in the development of concepts, standards, and methods
  • Collaboration and networking with all employees involved in the care process
  • Planning, organizing, and determining therapy needs according to a holistic therapy concept
  • Planning, implementing, and documenting therapy and training methods
  • Support and guidance of residents in integration
  • Networking of the facility in the social environment

Your qualifications:


  • Completed training as a nursing professional, occupational therapist (m/f/d), physiotherapist (m/f/d), special education teacher (m/f/d), or equivalent degree
  • Professional experience in a management position is desirable
  • Binding and customeroriented appearance
  • Empathy and respectful interaction with older, dependent people
  • Teamoriented, confident, and solutionoriented way of working
