We are looking for dedicated support in sales and maintenance of our online shop in Davenport, FL.


Our concept store offers a wide and high-quality range of products with a focus on sustainable, fair, beautifully designed, high-quality and handmade items.

The assortment includes selected women's clothing, accessories, jewelry, perfumery and skincare products, home accessories, ceramics, glass and porcelain, gifts, stationery and toys.

In addition to selling in our local, owner-operated store, we also distribute our products online.


Your responsibilities:

  • Customer consultation and sales
  • Cashiering and cash closing
  • Assisting with maintaining product displays
  • Processing email inquiries and complaints
  • Processing online orders
  • Maintaining data for the online shop
  • Adding new products to the online shop using an online Excel sheet and writing product descriptions
  • Handling returns, email inquiries and complaints from online sales

Our requirements:

Mandatory:

  • You enjoy sales, customer service and online marketing
  • You have an interest in fashion and design
  • You are dedicated, flexible and have a quick grasp
  • You have a very careful, structured and precise way of working
  • You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility in a team
  • You have good interpersonal and communication skills
  • You are proficient in using a PC and have good Microsoft Office skills
  • You are fluent in German and have good English skills for working with international customers and suppliers
