    Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and outgoing Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a Full-time, long-term assignment.

    In this role, you will provide a variety of clerical and administrative support to our Vendors. Your responsibilities will include answering phone calls and greeting Vendors, scheduling appointments, data entry, filing, information management, and writing correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

    Responsibilities
    • Create and maintain an organized filing system
    • Greet and assist Vendors as they arrive
    • Answer incoming phone calls - assisting Vendor Coordinator
    • Schedule appointments and maintain calendar
    • Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
    • Perform basic bookkeeping activities
    • Contribute to company reports
    • Address and resolve customer concerns with a professional attitude
    Qualifications
    • High school diploma/GED required, Associate's degree or administrative training is preferred
    • Previous experience as an Office Coordinator or in a similar position
    • Understanding of basic bookkeeping principles
    • Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
    • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
    • Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
