- Responsible for the production, procurement and planning of daily operations
- Participates with Branch or Operations Manager and Operations leadership in development of operational and business strategies
- Conducts onsite field evaluations of work produced by direct reports
- Coordinates with all sales team members to ensure we are delivering on our commitments to clients
- Provide direct support to office personnel, technicians and sales associates regarding technical questions, customer escalations and operating procedures
- Supervises, supports and continually develops lead technicians and their team members
- Ensures that health and safety regulations are followed within the division
- Improves operational management systems and processes. Provides training for new initiatives and technology launches
- Stays up to do date with industry standards, emerging technologies and best practices
- Plans, schedules and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost-effective basis
- Assists on management of large scale projects and/or projects that require high level expertise
- Directs all aspects of Water Division production with Claims Administrator during high volume events to maximize all sales opportunities
- Work with other Divisions / Division Managers to provide assistance on projects that require Water Division manpower and/or expertise
- Acts as a lead technician during High Volume Events or during other times of need
- Clean driving record / Valid Drivers License / Reliable Transportation
- Minimum 4 years industry experience
- IICRC WTR Certification
- IICRC ASD Certification
- IICRC AMRT Certification or equivalent experience
- IICRC CDS Certification or equivalent experience
- Exhibits excellent customer service skills
- Exhibits all skills necessary involved in water mitigation
- Above average understanding of residential and commercial building construction
- Ability to scope and run losses of all sizes
- Ability to manage multiple crews and temporary labor
- Ability to coordinate subs and vendors as needed
- Ability to teach, lead, motivate, manage and provide direction / feedback
- Proficient with Restore365 / MICA / DocuSketch / Other relevant software
- Maintain positive attitude and be a team player
- Represent company in a professional manner at all times
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights and in tight spaces (crawls spaces, attics, etc.)
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Lifting, squatting, crawling and crouching is required.
- Capable of lifting up to 50+ pounds.
- Capable of driving large commercial vehicles.
- Medically cleared for use of a respirator (Full Face & Half Face)
- Exposed to various inside and outside working conditions: The change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
- Must pass background check.

POSITION OVERVIEW:
This is a high impact position within our business. The Water Division Manager is responsible for the overall operations, growth and performance of the Water Division along with the continued development and education of the team. The WDM ensures company policy, industry standards, compliance and regulatory requirements are followed. In addition, the WDM ensures their team is meeting all operational KPI's, financial goals and customer service expectations.
