Position Overview:
Largest HomeCare business in Oklahoma is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Director to join our dynamic team.

The Marketing Director will be responsible for leading and overseeing our Oklahoma City area marketing department, driving strategic initiatives, and executing comprehensive marketing events/campaigns to promote our services and brand.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage a current team of 2 Oklahoma City marketers on a daily basis
Schedule and conduct Monday and Friday morning marketing meetings with the marketing team
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, meetings, issues, needs, ideas, etc,. directly to the CEO
Create, maintain, and manage account lists for each marketing team member.
Monitor weekly visit schedules. Each marketing team member is expected to make 35-40 visits per week
Assist with any shortage or coverage issue in marketing team, Director of Marketing will be expected to fill in any gaps for the marketing team as a whole
Ensure ALL 200+ Community Accounts are being communicated with, visited, and maintained on a monthly basis
Monitor visit notes and marketing reports at the end of the week for each marketing team member and provide feedback to ensure quality visits produce results
Monitor marketing team quarterly goals and ensure progress monthly prior to each quarter meetings with the CEO
Develop Metrics to measure and track Marketers' performance
Monitor the event calendar and distribute event expectations to each marketing team member
Assist with growing one on one relationships in the market

Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in marketing, and apply knowledge to continuously improve marketing efforts within the team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
Recruit, train, and mentor future team members to enhance their skills and performance
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations in marketing efforts

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles with increasing levels of responsibility, ideally in the healthcare or homecare industry
Minimum 2 years Marketing Director in healthcare preferred

Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive business growth and achieve measurable results.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive performance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies, CRM systems, and digital analytics platforms.
