- Keep stock organized and readily accessible.
- Reconcile discrepancies in inventories and notify supervisor of irregularities.
- Perform physical counts of inventory, including weekly top-seal inventory.
- Operate vertical conveyor.
- Move inventory to various locations manually by operating pallet jack, hand cart and forklift.
- Load and off load trailers and delivery truck.
- Fill and ship orders, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation.
- Ensure that boxes are stored on trailers or sent upstairs.
- Monitor packaging on the floor with the goal of keeping the warehouse floor clear.
- Pull and verify all materials required for packing samples (clam, boxes and bags, etc.).
- High School Graduate, Post- Secondary education preferred.
- At least two years' experience in a Materials department required.
- Shipping, receiving and inventory experience an asset.
- Be respectful and deal tactfully with customers, other employees and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency with MS Office: Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Must have ability to effectively follow-up and handle multiple projects with strong personal timemanagement.
- Proficiency in use of English language with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Willingness to work independently, with minimal supervision and take ownership of job.
- Willingness to work with a high degree of professionalism and personal integrity.
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Need to be creative, adaptable and able toaccurately work with a sense of urgency.

2nd shift (5:30pm - 5:30am) working an alternating 3 day-4 day work week (equivalent to working approx days per month)
