We are looking for dedicated employees (m/f/d) to join our
night shift team at the two social psychiatric facilities
Maria-Augsten-Haus, a residential facility with day care for people with mental illness, and
Marianne-Leipziger-Haus, a transitional facility for people with mental illness, in McKeansburg, PA, starting from
July 17, 2023.

Your responsibilities will include:

You will work three, six, or twelve night shifts per month at both facilities, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Weekday shifts are from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, and weekend and holiday shifts are from 9:00 PM to 12:00 PM.
You will conduct rounds at both facilities between 10:00 PM and 11:30 PM, which are within walking distance.
You will be the point of contact for residents' concerns during your shift.
In case of relevant events, you will contact the oncall staff.
During your shift, you will administer prescribed minor and necessary medication, as well as morning medication on weekends and holidays.
You will carefully document the shift's progress.

Your qualifications:

You have completed training as a caregiver, educator, nursing professional, or a similar qualification.
Ideally, you have previous experience in caring for people with mental illness.
You are willing to work on weekends and holidays.
