    Our customer service team is looking for great people Our Sales Associates perform many vital tasks for our customers on a daily basis including shipping packages, answering phone calls, writing emails and solving problems. Join us for great opportunity and grow with us as a company. Both full- and part-time positions available. We are looking for bright, energetic people who are detail oriented to work in our customer service and shipping department. We create, manufacture and sell all our products through various websites and ship directly to customers and retail stores.

    Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available with MedInfo, Inc. and This position performs many different tasks involving customer service/order processing, shipping, and packaging throughout the work day. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: preparing/shipping/receiving/packing products, answering phones, emails, and online chatting with customers. This job can be great for Part-Time work and we have a Saturday shift available.

    **Responsibilities**

    Preparing products and packages for shipping

    Shipping customer orders

    Answering emails and voicemails

    Live chat online with customers

    **Knowledge**

    Knowledge of correct English spelling and grammar

    Mastery of basic math concepts

    Detail and deadline oriented

    Ability to follow, interpret, explain instructions and/or guidelines

    **Requirements**

    High School Diploma or equivalent

    Minimal sales experience

    Customer service experience helpful

    Basic computer skills and proficiency with answering emails, voice messages
