Responsibilities

Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch sales service
Identify customer requirements and offer guidance on product features
Greet and assist customers while addressing their inquiries
Meet and surpass sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
Go above and beyond to boost sales
Maintain the appearance and availability of assigned product areas
Proactively engage with customers in the store
Stay informed about product offerings and explore different options with customers
Handle point of sale (POS) transactions
Promote additional products to customers
Process merchandise returns
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service
Establish strong, trust-based relationships with customers
Adhere to inventory management protocols
Propose strategies to enhance sales such as planning marketing initiatives and adjusting store layout

Skills

Demonstrated experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role
Basic grasp of sales principles and customer service standards
Fluency in English
Fundamental mathematical skills
Understanding of customer and market dynamics
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
Hands-on familiarity with POS systems
Knowledge of inventory procedures
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Friendly and dynamic demeanor with a focus on customer service
Ability to perform well under pressure and address concerns promptly
Availability for flexible work shifts
High school diploma; a degree in Marketing or a related field would be advantageous'
