    Job Description

    Ecology Mir Group (EMG) is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As the first point of contact with potential customers, the ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of the sales process, excel at lead research, initiate new relationships, and set up successful sales closings. The role requires quick comprehension of new concepts and exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

    As businesses grow and markets expand, the demand for professionals capable of generating leads, nurturing customer connections, and contributing to sales pipelines continues to rise.

    Responsibilities:

    • Negotiating contracts adeptly
    • Identifying and evaluating bid opportunities to ensure alignment with company standards
    • Reviewing legal documents for accuracy and consistency
    • Developing and managing client relationships
    • Coordinating with team members to gather bid-related information

    Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields
    • Strong negotiation abilities
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on deadlines
    • Proven track record of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment, including daily outbound calling
    • Familiarity with government contracts is a plus

    In addition to meeting the qualifications, a successful SDR must display a positive attitude and a strong drive to cultivate new business opportunities. Continuous learning and adaptability to industry changes are crucial for excelling in this position.
