The Job
Looking for a highly motivated self-starter who can thrive under general direction and guidance. Responsible for supporting all project management and coordination aspects of assigned projects. Collaborates with Project Managers, Project Leaders, and Project Team Members as required.
You Will
- Assist with developing work breakdown structures, prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in analyzing problems.
- Assist program manager and supporting managers in the planning of workflows Identify areas of program and communicate recommendations where training and/or new technologies will improve the overall productivity of the program.
- Collaborate with the Executive Assistant team and schedule meetings for projects and programs as applicable.
- Participate in the IT All hands, Enterprise Applications all hands and support as needed with scheduling, organization and documenting meeting minutes as needed.
- IT PMO Share Point organization of folders and upload of documents as needed.
- Assist the management team with power point presentation formatting, preparation and clean up as required.
- Follow up on Help Desk tickets for the team in case they are not resolved or there are blockers.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications
- High school GED, Undergraduate level degree in progress and/or equivalent experience.
- Any previous internship experience as an IT Project Coordinator or any other position will be considered
- Effective and high level of oral and written communication skills
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively across IT team.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity.

- Setting up and facilitating meetings to achieve a desired outcome.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive internal relationships and promote the collaboration and exchange of information across PMO team and other parties as required.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency required in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project Professional.
- Adaptable to changes in priorities and assignments quickly and efficiently and is flexible with project assignments.
