    40 Hours per week

    Our client has a Microsoft refresh project for the next months starting in June to refresh between 8,000 – 10,000 machines on site from Win10 to Win11.

    Responsibilities:

    • Go around from machine to machine and ensure hardware compatibility
    • Perform back up of all necessary files, folders and short cuts
    • Swap machine with new one if necessary
    • Perform migration
    • Test for full functionality
    • Ensure connection to network
    • Provide white glove customer service with users
    • Provide technical assistance when necessary

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 Years experience with Windows Migrations
    • Follow onsite migration schedule set forth by the lead
    • Proven experience with migration projects.
    • Strong problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication abilities.
    • Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively and independently.
