- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience on C4ISR projects with significant contributionsin two or morecybersecurity/IA areas:
- CS/IA Compliance;
- Software Assurance and Security Engineering;
- Systems Security Architecture; Systems Security Analysis;
- Threat Analysis;
- Exploitation Analyses; and/or
- Security Program Management.
- Experience in leadingone or moreof the following CS/IA areas:
- CS/IA engineering design efforts to solve current or potential Fleet issues;
- leading design and fielding of CS/IA technologies;
- leading or providing support to significant DoN and/or DoD CS/IA working groups.
- Three (3) years of experience is desired in Risk Management Framework (RMF), Navy RMF Process Guide, Information Assurance Technical Authority (IA TA) Standards including Defense-in-Depth Functional Implementation Architecture (DFIA); CYBERSAFE;andNavy Cyber Situational Awareness (NCSA).
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience with CSTA standards and Defense-in-Depth Functional Implementation Architecture (DFIA)/ Defense-in-Depth Functional Implementation Architecture Network Transformation (DFIANT) implementation/development.
- Six (6) to eight (8) years of experience in Cybersecurity workforce development and project management.
- Experience in leading and mentoring multiple teams, projects and/or large groups.
- Master's degree
- One of the following certifications:
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP),
- Information Systems Security Engineering Professional (ISSEP), or
- Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP)
