H&S Strategy Consultants is the consulting firm for personnel service providers. We are the first consulting firm in Germany with a 360° approach.

As a strategy consulting firm, we support our clients in the personnel service industry with tasks such as company founding, further business development and expansion, as well as strategic realignment.

As a personnel consulting firm, we place internal specialists and managers for personnel service providers nationwide.

In addition, with our RPO service, we support our clients in recruiting external personnel (EG1+2) during peak periods, new location openings, and personnel shortages.

We are currently seeking a permanent position for our client in Coweta, OK:

Responsibilities:

As an example, your responsibilities may include:

Planning and managing all sales activities in your branch and representing the company externally
In addition to acquiring new customers, you also maintain and expand existing customer relationships
You drive results and motivate your team to perform at their best
You are also responsible for budgeting your branch and further expansion in your region

Qualifications:

Several years of relevant work experience in the personnel service industry as a personnel dispatcher/branch manager (m/f/d) or similar with a focus on the industry
Ideally completed vocational training as a personnel service specialist (m/f/d)
You have strong communication skills and are a team player
You have indepth
