Manager / Director of Workshop (m/f/d):

We are looking for a Manager / Director of Workshop (m/f/d) in full-time starting May 1, 2023 for AWG Albertus-Magnus Workshops in Günzburg.


Your responsibilities:


  • Responsible management of the workshop based on economic and technical aspects, taking into account the requirements of a vocational rehabilitation and participation facility
  • Responsibility for personnel management, personnel development, and demandoriented personnel control
  • Systematic development of the facility
  • Implementation of facility goals based on the strategic goals of the overall company
  • Participation in the design and development of relevant business processes and their implementation
  • Revenue and budget responsibility

We expect:


  • Completed degree in a technical, business, and/or pedagogical field
  • Several years of experience in personnel management, preferably in a social enterprise
  • Knowledge of business management / production control
  • Understanding of inclusion in the sense of the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
  • Strong social skills, communication and organizational skills
  • Strategic thinking, independent and goaloriented work style
  • Teamwork and willingness to take responsibility
  • Identification with the principles of the Catholic Church and the mission of Caritas
