- File monthly sales tax returns
- Weekly invoicing
- Schedule and supervise any office maintenance
- Responsible for getting and routing the mail biweekly.
- Run office errands as needed and monthly bank deposit.
- Customer communication via email and telephone.
- Update customer information in Salesforce.
- Facilitate arrangements, supplies and catering for on-site meetings
- Create inventory of all in house supplies (office supplies, paper, forms, envelopes, etc.) each month and place orders as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
- At least two years of administrative assistant
- Salesforce experience preferrable
- Sales tax filing experience is required
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Description:
HBS Systems is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. The Administrative Assistant will provide general administrative support to the finance and administrative team. This position will work approximately 20 hours per week.
Location: This is a hybrid remote position with 2 days in office and 3 days remote.
Travel: This position does not require travel.
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour
