Excellent opportunity for a remote-based Tax/Sr Tax Manager to join a full service public accounting firm concentrating on tax planning and compliance both domestic and international.
Responsibilities:
Review income tax returns (Candidates must have experience reviewing an actual tax return by another staff accountant within the firm, please show this on the resume)
Provide tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships, corporations, and S-corporations for a variety of clients from emerging business to mid size up to 50M.
Knowledge of GAAP principlesKnowledge of Federal, State and U.S. International Tax laws.
Proficiency in review of tax returns and tax research
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team helping to provide knowledge and experience
Manage a portfolio of clients of varying size and scope
Manage teams of tax professionals and assistants working on client projects
Advise clients and be responsible for delivering high quality tax service and advice
