Position Overview

Duties will include resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software installations, and improving IT systems for our internal and external clients.

Preferred Skills

Proficiency in network troubleshooting
Remote desktop applications and help-desk software experience
Ability to install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
Skillset to monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
Experience in working with Windows, Android, and IOS platforms
Multitasking capability
Ability to continuously work on a task until completed
Excellent organizational skills
Exceptional customer service mindset
Excellent oral and written communication skills to assist staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or via phone to help set up systems or resolve issues
Commitment to team-oriented outcomes
