    POSITION SUMMARY: Operations position responsible for supervising night warehouse operations. Responsibilities include supervising order selection, product replenishment, order loading, ensuring warehouse safety, and providing management to warehouse staff.

    Looking for a candidate available to work Sunday through Thursday, starting at 5:30pm.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supervises daily work and safety of employees in warehouse operations
    • Manages labor hours and supplies within budget
    • Coordinates repairs when needed
    • Reviews warehouse functions for efficiency and productivity
    • Conducts shipping and loading audits daily
    • Assists in sanitation monitoring and facility maintenance
    • Participates in training activities
    • Maintains company policies and procedures
    • Coordinates with Safety department for training and safety measures
    • Performs management functions
    • Complies with regulatory agencies

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Two or Four year college degree in Business Management or related major preferred

    Education and / or Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    Professional Skills:

    • Ability to read, analyze and interpret business documents
    • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
    • Problem-solving skills
    • Knowledge of Spreadsheet and Word Processing software
    • Ability to lead team discussions and meetings
    • Capable of working with peers and other departments
    • Works well with others and meets deadlines

    Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:

    • Obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months

    Physical Demands:

    The physical demands include talking, standing, walking, using hands, lifting up to 100 pounds, and other physical tasks

    Working Conditions:

    Exposed to various conditions and works non-traditional hours
