    COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

    The pay range provided is algorithmic and for generalized comparison. Factors like specific skills, work location, and experience determine pay rates.

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    This Operations role oversees night warehouse operations, including supervising order selection, product replenishment, order loading, warehouse safety, and managing warehouse staff.

    Our ideal candidate should be available to work Sunday through Thursday from 5:30pm onwards.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Supervise daily work and safety of employees in warehouse operations.
    • Manage labor hours and supplies within budget.
    • Ensure proper use of company assets.
    • Review warehouse functions and productivity reporting for efficiency.
    • Conduct shipping and loading audits daily.
    • Assist with monitoring sanitation and warehouse safety.
    • Train new associates and cross-train existing ones.
    • Enforce Company policies and procedures.
    • Coordinate with Safety department for training and safety inspections.
    • Manage staff selection, development, and performance reviews.
    • Comply with regulatory agencies.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Two or Four year college degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management or similar major preferred.

    Education and / or Experience:

    • High school diploma or equivalent with related experience.

    Professional Skills:

    • Ability to analyze, interpret business periodicals and regulations.
    • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficient in Spreadsheet and Word Processing software.
    • Effective communication and leadership skills.
    • Capable of working collaboratively with peers.
    • Adherence to procedures and regulations.
    • Punctual, deadline-oriented, and works well in a team.

    Certificates, Licenses and Registrations:

    • Obtain a Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.

    Physical Demands:

    The physical demands include talking, standing, walking, lifting up to 100 pounds, among others.

    Working Conditions:

    Exposure to varying work conditions is expected, including non-traditional hours.
