We are looking for a

IT Specialist (m/f/d) for System Administration

starting from in Grafton, OH.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

As firstlevel support, you will handle the concerns of our employees (m/f/d) and ensure the internal IT operations
You will be responsible for user support (m/f/d), which will be carried out by phone, remote, and onsite
You will assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software (e.g. PCs, laptops, MFPs, smartphones, tablets, industryspecific software)
As part of these tasks, you will coordinate service requests and error reports in the ticket system, solve them independently, or forward them to secondlevel support or external service providers (m/f/d)
In addition, you will support the central project "modern workplace" in the areas of workplace conversion/rollout, documentation, and handling of M365.

YOU BRING WITH YOU:

You have completed an IToriented training (e.g. IT specialist (m/f/d) for system administration, IT specialist (m/f/d) for application development), and a career change with relevant expertise is also possible
You also have good knowledge of operating Windows client/server environments, Active Directory, software and asset management, as well as various MS Office clients and backoffice solutions
You are proficient in using
