  • Telephone support for customers regarding order processing and organization, including handling complaints
  • Monitoring of warehouse logistics
  • Creation of container numbers
  • Processing of billing
  • Dispatching of national partial and full loads
  • Providing daily rates to customers

Requirements:


  • You have completed training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/w/d)
  • First experience in dispatching partial and full loads, preferably also for entrylevel candidates (m/w/d)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • You possess negotiation skills, initiative, and strong communication skills.
