- Develop and implement quarterly and annual performance objectives for the target market.
- Identify key decision makers, build relationships, and maintain detailed records of interactions.
- Work closely with a national team of professionals.
- Conduct in-person meetings with decision makers, address treatment barriers, and establish community partnerships.
- Plan and attend various events to engage with target audiences and promote Newport Healthcare.
- Create customized presentations tailored to specific audiences.
- Provide immediate support to referral inquiries and assist referring professionals throughout the admission process.
- Participate in team meetings and field activities as required.
- Manage expenses and credit card tasks as assigned.
- Assist with client assessments if licensed.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or related field OR minimum two (2) years of experience in behavioral health or pharmaceutical sales.
- Demonstrated expertise in communication and marketing strategies within a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities
The Clinical Outreach Specialist plays a key role in establishing and maintaining trusted relationships within the adolescent/young adult behavioral health care community. This position involves collaborating with the client's treatment team to ensure comprehensive care coordination and enhance the overall client experience. Responsibilities include developing market strategies, fostering professional relationships, and identifying growth opportunities to expand the reach of Newport Healthcare.
