- Manage month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Maintain fixed assets records, including depreciation schedules.
- Prepare accruals and prepaids entries, reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain lease accounting schedules in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., ASC 842).
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
- Assist with annual audit and tax preparation activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on general ledger accounting functions.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
