We are a growing consumer goods company, growing both organically and through acquisitions. We are seeking a talented Senior Accountant to join our finance team and contribute to our success. In this role you will be responsible for month-end close activities, and assisting in monthly financial statement preparation.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Maintain fixed assets records, including depreciation schedules.
Prepare accruals and prepaids entries, reconciling accounts to ensure accuracy.
Maintain lease accounting schedules in compliance with accounting standards (e.g., ASC 842).
Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance.
Assist with annual audit and tax preparation activities.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
3+ years of progressive accounting experience, with a focus on general ledger accounting functions.
Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation :
Target hiring salary is $75,000 - $85,000 annually
