Purpose of JobWe are searching for an organized and detailed-oriented person for a key role in our busy sales office.

This position is responsible for entering property listings and changes in the system as well as performing a variety of administrative duties to support agents, sales management and administrative staff.

Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the all agents and managementAssist agents with brochures, flyers/postcards, marketing materials and other promotional piecesMaintain and create top producer graphics to post on all company social media platformsCreate and post new associate announcements to post on all company social media platformsManage and update agents bios/headshots for the Ebby websitePerform data input functions and monitor MLS listings and sales recordsAnswer all incoming calls and handle accordinglyGreet and direct clients to the appropriate partiesMaintain sales data, generate reports and prepare routine correspondenceMaintain and monitor electronic and paper files/recordsAssists in ordering and stocking office suppliesPerform any additional responsibilities as requested or assignedQualificationsEducation:
Some college, minimum High school diploma or the equivalent

Experience:
One year clerical/administrative experience.

A marketing and graphic design background helpfulKnowledge and SkillsGoogle Workspace - with a proficiency in G SuiteMicrosoft Office tools with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint productsKnowledge of Canva and/or other graphic design platformDemonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilityStrong interpersonal skills, customer service focus and the ability to to work as a member in a team-oriented environmentMust possess strong computer skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task, accuracy/quality, detail-orientedWe offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off and life insurance options.
