    Purpose of Job

    We are searching for an organized and detailed-oriented person for a key role in our busy sales office. This position is responsible for entering property listings and changes in the system as well as performing a variety of administrative duties to support agents, sales management and administrative staff.

    Job Duties and Responsibilities
    • Provide administrative support to the all agents and management
    • Assist agents with brochures, flyers/postcards, marketing materials and other promotional pieces
    • Maintain and create top producer graphics to post on all company social media platforms
    • Create and post new associate announcements to post on all company social media platforms
    • Manage and update agents bios/headshots for the Ebby website
    • Perform data input functions and monitor MLS listings and sales records
    • Answer all incoming calls and handle accordingly
    • Greet and direct clients to the appropriate parties
    • Maintain sales data, generate reports and prepare routine correspondence
    • Maintain and monitor electronic and paper files/records
    • Assists in ordering and stocking office supplies
    • Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
    Qualifications

    Education:
    • Some college, minimum High school diploma or the equivalent.
    Experience:
    • One year clerical/administrative experience.
    • A marketing and graphic design background helpful
    Knowledge and Skills
    • Google Workspace - with a proficiency in G Suite
    • Microsoft Office tools with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint products
    • Knowledge of Canva and/or other graphic design platform
    • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, including presentation ability
    • Strong interpersonal skills, customer service focus and the ability to to work as a member in a team-oriented environment
    • Must possess strong computer skills, organizational skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task, accuracy/quality, detail-oriented
