Job Details Assist the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.

Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff while supporting a positive and efficient team culture.

Oversee food preparation, station management, and service execution across all meal periods.

Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation procedures, and inventory control.

Support menu innovation, prep planning, and coordination of special events or high-volume services.
