The AWO District Association Oberbayern e.
V. is the operator of Bethel Village, a senior center that offers space for 63 residents. Our care places are divided into two areas. Residents suffering from age-related dementia receive expert care. Their living group is architecturally designed to meet the needs of people with dementia, with friendly living spaces.

In the open residential area, we offer our residents a sense of security and a "place in the middle of life".

Our facility employs around 50 employees from various professional groups.

Our goal is to provide our residents with a home and to provide them with comprehensive, individual, holistic, and activating care.

Your tasks

  • Planning and optimization of work processes in the respective residential area in coordination with the nursing management
