Your Responsibilities:

Handling all tasks related to courier services, couriers, and drivers- Monitoring the timely delivery and pickup of packages by each driver, checking for any damages, and ensuring adherence to processes- Monitoring the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the routes taken by drivers- Checking the proper use of scanners (complete and accurate bookings)- Inspecting vehicles and drivers (cleanliness of clothing and driver, professional appearance of driver, wearing of personal protective equipment, condition of equipment, visual inspection of vehicles for cleanliness, damages, and roadworthiness (tire tread depth, functionality of lights, first aid kit, cargo straps and mats, hazardous materials equipment, fire extinguisher)- Ensuring compliance with and completion of internal trainings (scanner usage, procedures for pickup and delivery, data protection)- Checking for necessary documents (driver's license, ADR certificate, criminal record, transport permits, qualifications)- Randomly checking drivers for possession of all required documents- Reviewing courier invoices (number of stops, distance traveled, daily allowances, surcharges for different goods)- Approving courier invoices for accounting- Correcting invoices in consultation with contractors and drivers (incorrect mileage or due to driver's fault, deductions for late delivery/pickup)- Communicating with couriers regarding advances and taking necessary steps
