  • Operational intraday responsibility for all voice and nonvoice service channels while considering relevant KPIs
  • Crossservice provider control of back office volume processing
  • Management of employee utilization in the competence center
  • Shortterm shift schedule adjustments and task assignments
  • Keeping intraday statistics and creating shift reports
  • Maintenance of planning and time tracking systems
  • Support in designing, testing, and implementing new service processes and tools
  • Representation of information management outside of office hours
