- Operational intraday responsibility for all voice and nonvoice service channels while considering relevant KPIs
- Crossservice provider control of back office volume processing
- Management of employee utilization in the competence center
- Shortterm shift schedule adjustments and task assignments
- Keeping intraday statistics and creating shift reports
- Maintenance of planning and time tracking systems
- Support in designing, testing, and implementing new service processes and tools
- Representation of information management outside of office hours
