Preferred candidates will have:
2-5 years of employment law experience, including agency responses, employment litigation, drafting employment-related agreements and employee handbook policies, providing direct employment advice to clients and E&L subject matter due diligence experience.
Strong academic background and professional credentials
J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
