    Role Overview:
    We are seeking a highly analytical Inventory and Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team.

    This pivotal role demands a blend of technical prowess and strategic vision to optimize inventory management across our extensive network.

    You will play a vital role in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and seamless supply chain operations, thereby directly contributing to ASG's success and growth.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Advanced Inventory Analysis and Optimization:
    Use our inventory management systems and analytical tools to monitor and evaluate inventory levels, turnover rates, and demand forecasting.

    Leverage predictive analytics and statistical modeling to refine stock levels, ensuring a balanced inventory that meets market demands while minimizing carrying costs.


    Strategic Demand Forecasting:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market analysis, sales projections, and promotional activities into precise demand forecasting.
    Utilize sophisticated forecasting methodologies to anticipate future demand trends accurately.

    Efficient Order and Vendor Management:
    Streamline order replenishment processes in close coordination with procurement teams.

    Foster strong partnerships with suppliers to guarantee the punctual and precise delivery of goods, optimizing the supply chain's efficiency and reliability.


    Rigorous Inventory Reconciliation and Compliance:
    Conduct comprehensive physical inventory audits, ensuring accurate reconciliation with digital inventory records.
    Proactively manage compliance with industry regulations and standards, adapting to regulatory changes to maintain best practices in inventory management.

    Cost Management and Reduction:
    Analyze and optimize inventory-related costs, identifying and implementing strategies for cost savings and operational efficiencies.

    Data-Driven Decision Making:
    Harness the power of inventory management software to generate insightful reports, driving data-informed decisions across the organization.

    Cross-Functional Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
    Engage in proactive collaboration with procurement, logistics, finance, and sales departments to align inventory management with broader business objectives.
    Champion continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging industry insights and technological advancements to elevate inventory management practices.
